Who is responsible for your data

What we collect
When you submit the form: your name, work email, company or website, the type of data you mention, your preferred call time and, if you provide it, your phone number. Technical data: an anonymised (hashed) IP address used for spam protection, approximate location derived by our hosting provider, the page you came from and campaign parameters (such as utm tags) if present.
Why and on what legal basis
- To arrange and hold the call you asked for and to answer your enquiry — GDPR art. 6(1)(b) (steps taken at your request before a contract).
- To protect the form from spam and abuse — GDPR art. 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest).
How long we keep it
Up to 12 months from your request, unless we enter into a contract, in which case the contract terms apply.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, form storage and spam protection (Turnstile).
- Make (Celonis) and Google — routing of form submissions to our email and spreadsheet.
Some of these providers may process data outside the EEA. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
This page does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary technical cookies to protect the form from bots.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to the email above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
No automated decisions
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
